✨ When will my order ship?
All Opulens orders ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive tracking info straight to your inbox as soon as your frames are on the way.
Please allow extra time during high-volume launches or holidays — we’ll always keep you updated.
✨ Can I add my prescription to my frames?
Some of our frames are designed to accommodate prescription lenses. If you’re unsure whether a specific style is eligible, check the product description — it will confirm if the lenses can be customized with your prescription.

✨ Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final at this time.
Every frame is crafted with care and attention to detail, and we’re confident you’ll love them just as much as we do. Not sure which style suits you best? Don’t hesitate to reach out before purchasing — we’re here for you!
✨ How do I care for my Opulens frames?
Your frames deserve the best — just like you.
To keep them looking flawless:
➤ Always store your eyewear in the velour pouch provided to protect against scratches and debris.
➤ Clean lenses regularly with a soft microfiber cloth.
➤ Avoid leaving frames in extreme heat or direct sunlight for extended periods.
✨ What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. Opulens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We also recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office, as packages may be marked “delivered” before arriving at your doorstep.
